Melissa is an uplifting oil that is native to Europe, although it is grown all over the world. Melissa is also known as lemon balm and is a member of the mint family. Our UK Melissa essential oil is produced by steam distillation of its leaves and flowering tops. The oil is a beautiful yellow colour and is of excellent quality.

Store in a cool, dark, dry environment when not in use. Note that some essential oils and absolutes may naturally solidify when cool. Keep powders in air tight containers and limit exposure to air and moisture, otherwise they may harden.
